Premier Election Solutions believes that the integrity of the election process is of paramount importance, and our primary focus is on providing systems that allow all voters to cast their votes in a secret and secure manner.

Any security measures surrounding election equipment must be robust enough to handle a number of security challenges—from use by a large number of people to location in accessible public buildings to limited supervision by poll workers—while also maintaining ease-of-use and cost-effectiveness and adhering to voter privacy laws.

Premier Election Solutions utilizes the latest-generation security measures, a critical link in the security chain which includes software elements, operational procedures and election personnel.
All of our products, including source code to our software, are reviewed and tested by various independent third parties who are knowledgeable in both software and hardware development and in the election process. These reviews are conducted at both the federal and state levels according to standards, criteria, and statutes defined by each.

We internally review all outside reviews of our system, whether official or unofficial, and investigate any issues raised therein. When valid issues are confirmed, we acknowledge and update systems to address them.

Our GEMS election management software, AccuVote OS unit, and AccuVote TSX security models employ layered procedural and software-based measures to detect and/or prevent unauthorized tampering with election data while also including established recovery procedures.
