Premier’s latest voting systems combine technology and administrative procedures producing voting solutions that embody security, accuracy and reliability. From our Ballot Station software to Premier’s ballot marking device, AutoMark, our systems and software have better guards against tampering.

• Optical Scanners, Touch Screen Voting Stations and Election Management Software Servers are not connected to the Internet or networked within precincts – no single point of failure
• Physical securities to control access to Premier’s election management system
• SHA1/RSA digital signatures on software installation files
• The Assure software also includes strong cryptography to digitally sign the report definitions on the AccuVote® OS optical scan system memory card in order to detect any attempted tampering.
• A Supervisor Card with password to gain access to the AccuVote© TSX supervisor functions – Passwords up to 10 digits in length can be changed by the jurisdiction for each election
• Following Logic and Accuracy Testing, doors are key locked and tamper-evident security seals are used
• Prevents card duplication with Touch screen voting stations are activated for the voter with a Voter Access Cards containing  an access key that must match the key of the touch screen voting stations within the respective precinct.
